That’s why we want you to know when we store which data and how we use it. With this Privacy Statement, we therefore want to inform you about our security measures.
The company MedExpert d.o.o. collects, processes and uses personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
Collection and processing of personal data
You can use our website without revealing your personal data, and you are not obliged to provide us with your personal data as a condition of using the site, unless it is necessary to provide you with a specific service or enable the use of our product in accordance with your request.
When you use our site, we may store data for various security reasons. Such data may include the name of your Internet service provider, the Internet page through which you connected to our site, the Internet pages you visited from our site, and your IP address. These data could lead to your identification, but we do not use them for that. From time to time, we use the data for statistical purposes, but at the same time we maintain the anonymity of each user so that person cannot be identified. In cases where we entrust tasks related to data processing to third parties, in order for them to provide you with the product or provide the services you requested, or for other purposes for which you have allowed, we take care that the third party is registered to perform such activities, that it provides sufficient guarantees regarding the protection and confidentiality of data, and we rely on technical and organizational means to ensure compliance with regulations on personal data protection.
We collect personal data only when you yourself make it available to us, for example, the database and its content remain with our company and with processors and servers that act on our behalf and are responsible to us. We will not forward your personal data in any form to third parties (neither directly nor through representatives), unless we have obtained your consent or there is a legal basis for the same.

It may happen that this data is fully or partially stored or processed in other countries, and in those countries different data protection rules may apply than in the country in which you live. In such cases, we will ensure that appropriate security measures are in place that require the processor from that country to apply data protection equivalent to that in your country.

We keep personal data for as long as it is necessary to provide the requested service or the service for which you have given your consent, unless the law stipulates otherwise (eg in connection with an ongoing court proceeding).

Web analytics via the Google Analytics system
On this website, we use Google Analytics, a web analytics service of Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, United States (“Google”).
In accordance with your consent, Google analyzes your use of this site on our behalf. The information collected by Google in connection with your use of this website (e.g. the starting URL, the pages visited from us, the web browser you used, your language settings, the computer system you used or the display resolution) is transmitted to a Google server, they are stored there, analyzed, and the result is made available to us in anonymous form. Data about your usage is not connected to your full IP address. On this website, we have activated the IP-anonymization function offered by Google, so that the last 8 digits (type Ipv4) or the last 80 bits (type Ipv6) of your IP address are deleted. Google is certified in relation to the EU-US Privacy Shield so that an appropriate level of data protection applies to the processing of data by Google in America.
You can withdraw your consent for web analysis at any time by downloading and installing the Google Browser Plugin or you can edit your consent days in the table above, where the Opt-Out-Cookie is inserted. Both options prevent web analysis as long as you use a browser on which the Plugin is installed, or until you turn off the Opt-Out-Cookie.

Right of inspection, correction and withdrawal
In relation to all your personal data that is stored with us, you have the right to view, and the right to correct, supplement and delete the same when it is incomplete, incorrect and out of date. For the above, it is sufficient to send an e-mail to the address from the imprint or contact the personal data protection service at the address below.
You, as a user of our website, have the right at any time to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data and to request the cessation of their further processing, unless it is data processing for statistical purposes when your personal data no longer allow you to be identified.
