Mindray Animal Medical Croatia

MedExpert is the exclusive representative in the Republic of Croatia for veterinary equipment manufactured by Mindray Animal Medical. Mindray founded the company in 2021 so that it could focus entirely on developing and manufacturing equipment intended exclusively for veterinary medicine.

Over three decades, Mindray has earned a leading position in innovation and quality as a company specialising in medical equipment, with a broad selection of diagnostic devices for veterinary use. To expand its focus to animal health, Mindray established Mindray Animal Medical, a company dedicated exclusively to the needs of veterinary medicine.

Mindray Animal Medical represents a new generation of veterinary equipment developed with a clear goal: to support veterinarians in providing faster, safer and more precise diagnostics. As a global leader in medical technology, Mindray provides advanced solutions adapted to animal patients, ranging from ultrasound devices, X-ray and endoscopy systems to anaesthesia equipment, monitors and laboratory diagnostics.

Each device is designed in collaboration with veterinary professionals, with a focus on reliability, ergonomics and ease of use. Mindray Animal Medical combines modern technology with the practical needs of veterinary practice, providing advanced support for all procedures, from outpatient examinations to demanding surgical operations.

Esaote

Helium-free MRI systems

Esaote is a globally recognised manufacturer of medical diagnostic equipment, with a particular focus on developing and producing advanced MRI systems. With more than 40 years of experience, Esaote is one of the world’s leading companies in magnetic resonance imaging and diagnostic imaging.

As an internationally recognised leader in dedicated MRI systems, Esaote develops solutions that provide high diagnostic precision, optimised workflows and greater patient comfort. Its technology is particularly valued in specialist clinical applications. Alongside MRI systems, Esaote develops a wider portfolio of medical equipment and healthcare IT solutions, helping modernise healthcare systems and improve the quality of care.

The company was founded in Italy in the early 1980s. Through continued investment in research and development and a strong international presence, Esaote is now among the leading companies in diagnostic imaging. The company is headquartered in Genoa and the Group employs more than 1,200 specialists. Esaote operates four research centres and four manufacturing facilities in Italy, China and the Netherlands, and is present in more than 100 countries.

MRI systems with multifunctional whole-body coils

MedExpert is the exclusive representative in the Republic of Croatia for Esaote MRI systems that combine high clinical precision with minimal infrastructure requirements. Unlike conventional helium-based systems, which require complex infrastructure, Esaote’s helium-free MRI technology uses permanent magnets and an energy-efficient design. No additional cooling equipment or extensive construction work is required, so operating and servicing costs are considerably lower.

Thanks to their compact design, the systems can be installed in spaces of approximately 20 m² using a standard power supply and with low energy consumption. They can be installed in a range of healthcare facilities, with a lower initial investment and reduced long-term maintenance costs.

Another advantage of Esaote MRI systems is their open design, which improves patient comfort and reduces feelings of claustrophobia, a common issue with conventional closed systems. The configuration offers greater flexibility in patient positioning and examinations, including imaging in standing or weight-bearing positions. This opens up new possibilities in musculoskeletal and spinal diagnostics, where analysing biomechanical changes under functional conditions is particularly important.

Esaote systems support intraoperative use in neurosurgery, real-time imaging and dynamic diagnostics. They allow healthcare institutions in Croatia to introduce advanced magnetic resonance imaging without major infrastructure investment, while maintaining a high level of diagnostic quality and efficiency.
