The Sonostar 6L/6P is a veterinary portable wireless linear ultrasound probe designed for a wide range of clinical applications, including musculoskeletal, vascular and superficial examinations. It is widely used in veterinary medicine, particularly for small and medium-sized animals (dogs, cats, exotic species), but also for superficial examinations in horses and cattle. With its high frequency (7.5 – 10 MHz) and shallow scanning depth (20 – 100 mm), it is ideal for visualizing superficial structures. The probe connects wirelessly to smartphones, tablets, or computers via Wi-Fi, enabling real-time imaging and control through an app. This eliminates the need for a traditional ultrasound console, greatly improving mobility and convenience in various working environments.
